At Gnome Threads, we ship our unique range of printed to the USA and Canada.
Customs and Duties
Please be aware that international orders may incur customs fees, depending on your location and the size of your order. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country and order value.

Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order. We work with various carriers to offer competitive shipping rates and options.
Returns and Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your Gnome Threads purchase, we're here to help. Returns can be made to our processing center, and we'll assist you with the process. Please note that we can only take return within 90 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Tracking Your Order

Address Issues and Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or remains unclaimed, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply.
Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation and Buyer's Remorse
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. While we don't typically offer refunds for buyer's remorse, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist you.
Your Rights as an EU Consumer
For our customers in the European Union, please be aware that the right of withdrawal may not apply to custom-made or sealed goods opened after delivery, for health and hygiene reasons.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@gnomethreads.com.
